Bangkok Per/Post Tours for Rotarians

Welcome to James / FROSCH Travel. As a member of the Boulder Valley Rotary Club in Boulder Colorado, I have been asked by members in our club if I could help them arrange tours before or after the Rotary Convention in Bangkok. I have worked with a select group of tour companies that specializes in escorted tour packages of Asia. These tour companies have several tours available for members traveling to Bangkok for the convention. These are not sponsored Rotary Trips, they are tours available for Rotary Club members and non-menber who would like to take a side trip and visit either Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam or China, all beginning and ending in Bangkok Thailand. These pre-packaged tours are fully escorted and they include the accommodations, transportation, some meals and english speaking guide. The price will vary according to accommodations and length of tour.

Northern Thailand Overland – 9 days/ 8 nights

Take an 8-night trip, traveling to the northern reaches of Thailand and enjoying all the scenic views that it has to offer. Begin by leaving Bangkok by coach and traveling to Ayuthaya, where you visit Wat Panangchoen before heading on to Pitsanuloke and visiting Wat Maha That. Afterward, depart for Sukhothai, the first capital of Thailand. Continue to Lampang and take a horse-carriage ride through town. From there, drive to the Golden Triangle and Chiang Rai. Take a boat ride along the Mekong River. Depart for Chiang Mai to visit Wat Doi Suthep and enjoy a kantoke dinner with music and dance by various hilltribes. Next, fly to Mae Hong Son and visit the temples of Wat Jong Kham and Wat Jong Klang. Finally, transit through Bangkok on your way back to the US.
